If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For all returns/refunds, please contact [email protected] or call (775) 507-4466 (shipping department). Please fill out the Return Merchandise Form as instructed. A return label may be provided for qualifying orders. Please see below policy to make sure your product(s) qualify for a return or refund.
-With the exception of blades, no product will be accepted after a 30 day period once it’s been delivered.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please do not return any used blades for sanitary/safety reasons.
-Have your receipt and order number to provide.
-10% Restocking fee will be applied to the order total.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Blades are not eligible for refunds after 60 days from delivery. If eligible, 75% of the blades must be unused to complete a return.
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping label will be provided by DermaplanePro if error occurred on the company’s behalf.
Returning of Blades:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a manufacturing issue. Once returned, our onsite esthetician will inspect the blades for quality. You may receive a full refund on your blades for a manufacturing issue. If you would like to return the blades, and no issue is presented or inspected, you will be refunded less the amount of the blades that have been used.

International Orders & Shipping
Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. DermaplanePro has no control over these fees and is unable to calculate them for you. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information prior to purchase.
You are required to acknowledge that any customs duties and taxes that apply are your responsibility.
