If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For all returns/refunds, please contact orders@dermaplanepro.com or call (775) 507-4466 (shipping department). Please fill out the Return Merchandise Form as instructed. A return label may be provided for qualifying orders. Please see below policy to make sure your product(s) qualify for a return or refund.
Returns
-With the exception of blades, no product will be accepted after a 30 day period once it’s been delivered. Please inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it for any damaged or defective items.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please do not return any used blades for sanitary/safety reasons.
-Have your receipt, order number and email on your account to provide to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Blades are not eligible for returns/refunds after 60 days from delivery. If eligible, 75% of the blades must be unused to complete a return and receive a refund.
Shipping/Delivery
Shipping fees are nonrefundable, unless an error has occurred on the company’s behalf. Please note that once your order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, lost or damaged shipments. For inquiries or concerns about your package, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier directly.
For comprehensive coverage against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, we advise selecting Route Protection at checkout to purchase insurance for your shipment. If you haven’t received your package within 5 days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us for assistance. Here are a few of the transit times for our most popular shipping options:
FedEx 2Day: 2 day transit days not including holidays and weekends
USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
USPS Ground Advantage: 5-7 business days
Returning of Blades
If you are not satisfied with your blade purchase, you can return your blades for a refund, or exchange for a different blade lot. If you are creating a return for blades, please e-mail orders@dermaplanepro.com.
You cannot submit an exchange for a different blade type. In this instance, you would need to return your current blades and place a new order.
DermaplanePro will provide a pre-paid return label to ship any unused blades back to us. Once returned, our quality team will inspect the blades. You may receive a full refund or exchange on your total blade purchase for a manufacturing issue. If you would like to return or exchange the blades, and no issue is presented or inspected, you will be refunded less the amount of the blades that have been used.

International Orders & Shipping
DermaplanePro.com ships from the United States. We do not ship internationally to countries where we have distributors. please visit the Distributor Page for the appropriate contact information. Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. DermaplanePro has no control over these fees and is unable to calculate them for you. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information prior to purchase.
We do not ship to: Mexico or any countries in South America.
You are required to acknowledge that any customs duties and taxes that apply are your responsibility.

Return Policy for DermaplanePro’s Skincare Line
Effective Date: March 24, 2025
At DermaplanePro, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products that meet the needs of licensed estheticians and their clients. Below are the terms and conditions for returning products from our new skincare line.
For Licensed Professionals (Wholesale Purchasers)
Eligibility for Returns:
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- Products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Incorrect Shipments:
- If you receive incorrect products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or return authorization.
- New and Gently Used Products:
- Unopened, unused, or gently used products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Expired products
- Products purchased more than 30 days from receipt. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the tracking number.
- Products not purchased directly from DermaplanePro (e.g., third-party distributors).
Return Process:
- Contact us at orders@dermaplanepro.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Provide your order number, product details, Lot number and reason for return.
- If returning because of damages, please also send photos of the product.
- Approval & Instructions:
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and an RA number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Once approved, ship the product back to: DermaplanePro Returns Department

- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
- Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product to report any issues
For Clients of Licensed Estheticians
Clients who purchase DermaplanePro’s skincare products from licensed estheticians must coordinate returns directly with their esthetician. DermaplanePro does not process returns or refunds for products purchased through third parties.
Guidance for Estheticians Handling Client Returns:

- You may set your own return policy for retail clients. We recommend specifying:
- Conditions for returns (e.g., unopened products only).
- Timeframe (e.g., within 14 days of purchase).

- Please inspect all product received by DermaplanePro before the sale to your client.
- If a client reports a defective product, it is up to the professional whether you will accept returns from your client. DermaplanePro will not replace or accept any damaged product after it’s been sold to the third party. If your shipment from DermaplanePro is damaged, you may request a replacement from DermaplanePro within 7 days of your receipt.
- Please inspect all product received by DermaplanePro before the sale to your client.
Additional Notes:
- DermaplanePro recommends that estheticians clearly communicate their retail return policies to clients at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Resale Guidelines:
- Retail Resale:
- Licensed estheticians are authorized to resell our skincare products to clients at the manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP).
- Discounting below the MSRP is not permitted for any sales online.
- Marketing: Resale products may be marketed in your spa, clinic, or online store.
- You may not sell DermaplanePro products on any third party websites. (Amazon, Ebay, Marketplace, Poshmark, etc) This is strictly prohibited and legal action will be taken.

- Standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options are available.
- Free shipping is offered on orders over $250 (continental U.S. only).
- International Orders:
- International shipping is available. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
