This position is fully remote.

As a full-time position, this individual will play a critical role in developing our new sales team, with a focus on expanding our reach to new accounts, including day spas, resort spas, and medical spas. At DermaplanePro, we believe in providing our Representatives with every opportunity to succeed. We will provide leads lists with company-led lead generation, while also expecting the Sales Representative to seek out and develop new accounts. Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with company-generated leads and actively seek out new leads to import into the CRM system
  • Provide insight to managers on business or marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Communicate with cross-functional departments to share appropriate collateral and resources to further the development of the sales department and strategies
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly reports and goals to assess overall effectiveness, trends, incentives and any other opportunities for growth
  • Hit monthly sales goals

  • Complete DermaplanePro corporate education and sales trainings
  • Support DermaplanePro marketing & education departments
  • Keep updated on promotions and new product launches

Skills needed for this position:

  • Quick and efficient learning of computer systems, including CRM and other sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets, or equivalent software, to facilitate remote collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, provide feedback, and maintain relationships with peers and management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients remotely, leveraging communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and phone calls.


  • Proven track record of sales – Industry experience required – successfully helping esthetics practices or med-spas build a business around the company’s products, with specific examples of success stories
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proficient in working with different CRM programs, with experience in Zoho a plus
  • An esthetician or cosmetologist license OR experience in cosmetic or skincare sales required
  • A proven track record of achieving personal and territory sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
