Join the DermaplanePro sales team as an Inside Sales Representative focused exclusively on generating new business. This fully remote position plays a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth by contacting inbound leads, cold calling target accounts, and opening new professional skincare accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads to qualify and convert them into new business accounts
- Conduct outbound cold calling and outreach to targeted prospects (spas, med spas, esthetic clinics)
- Qualify leads, create new account records in CRM, and manage pipeline activity
- Coordinate a seamless handoff to Business Development for ongoing growth and support
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach cadences and targeting strategies
- Track call activity, email outreach, lead conversion, and new account creation in Salesforce CRM
- Stay informed on all DermaplanePro products, training programs, and promotional launches
Skills & Qualifications:
- Quick and efficient learning of computer systems, including CRM and other sales tools.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets, or equivalent software, to facilitate remote collaboration and communication.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, provide feedback, and maintain relationships with peers and management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients remotely, leveraging communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and phone calls.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience (professional skincare or aesthetics industry strongly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative style
- Strong organizational habits and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred; Zoho or HubSpot also relevant)
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to exceed daily/weekly KPIs
- Comfort navigating professional B2B sales conversations with spa owners, estheticians, and med spa managers
- Esthetics license, beauty industry training, or skincare product knowledge is a plus
