We’re searching for an experienced esthetician with a commanding presence, a passion for education, and a love of travel to join our team as a Corporate Trainer & Educator. This is a high-visibility role representing DermaplanePro on stage and at industry events, trade shows, and training sessions across the country.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strong public speaking skills, and a talent for turning educational moments into business growth. You’ll inspire fellow estheticians, deliver certification trainings, and build brand loyalty through your presence and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact stage presentations to audiences of 100+ at major industry events.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and technical training sessions for estheticians and partners.
  • Travel monthly (1–2x/month) to represent DermaplanePro at trade shows, classes, and partner events.
  • Train and certify professionals through in-person classes and online instruction.
  • Partner with key accounts to deliver on-site support and advanced product training.
  • Drive product awareness and sales through education-led initiatives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and inspiring customer confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Active esthetician license (required).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in esthetics
  • 2+ years of dermaplaning experience
  • Demonstrated public speaking or educator experience
  • Available to travel nationwide with 24–48 hours’ notice
  • Ability to lift and carry product/demo kits during travel
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual training platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a corporate trainer, educator, or brand ambassador
  • Advanced dermaplaning technique certification or trainer-level experience
  • Experience with key account support or B2B sales through education
  • Crisis management or live event troubleshooting skills

Compensation & Benefits:
